Journalist turned lecturer in communication management at Xaviers to HR research professional and a corporate trainer.

Has an extensive 10 + years experience in core, corporate HR operations/functions in multiple corporate and government sectors of importance.

Successfully worked with many coporates, MFI’s, start ups along with giving a hand holding support to IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, Britannia, Parle Agro in strategic HR planning etc in recent years.

Marked his presence in many international and national podiums of importance.

Trained about 300 + graduates from across the country and abroad till date in HR, skill development, etc.

Currently leading the EHRS -HR, R & D, L & D, T & D and dedicated business team as ‘HRBP-Head(operations)’.
